INGREDIENTS

4-6 Packham Pears
Cinnamon
Serve with Pecans and coconut yogurt

METHOD

Heat oven to 160 degrees Line a baking tray with greaseproof paper

Slice pears thinly Lay on baking paper and sprinkle with cinnamon.

Bake in oven on 160 degrees for 30 minutes. You can turn them half way through

Serve warm with coconut yogurt and nuts. This makes a gorgeous breakfast snack.

Pears with their skin on are a great source of dietary fibre. The yogurt and nuts add some nice protein and healthy fats which make this a nice balanced breakfast snack
