Prep : 5 minutes


1 red papaya
1 lime
Desiccated coconut
Coconut yogurt
Or sweetened Greek yogurt


Cut papaya in half and remove the seeds (save the seeds and dry out for grinding as a spice – optional)

Peel the skin from the outside. Slice lengthways.

Drizzle with fresh lime juice and dip into a bowl of desiccated coconut and dip into yogurt of your choice.


Fruit of the gods I say.. so tropical and such a functional fruit with its digestive enzymes that can help digest proteins.

This is a great breakfast, snack or dessert that is just healthy and wholesome all the way.

The coconut yogurt makes you feel like you are sitting on a desert island in pure luxury.
